Job Description: As the Sales Manager at Butler Acura, you will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, including managing sales staff, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales revenue and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in automotive sales management.
• Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive results.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
