  • Ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for clinical, operational, and administrative roles across CMS sites.

  • Conduct phone interviews and manage candidate progress through the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback loops, and support timely hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to recruitment marketing strategies, including writing compelling job postings and career page updates.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a high-touch, responsive experience.
  • Maintain strong and influential presence with internal stakeholders.

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or high-growth service industries.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Paylocity experience preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent at building rapport.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, Marketing or Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience)
