Job Description

Located outside of Denver

• Leads security and public safety operations across the main campus and multiple regional sites in a large, statewide health system. Directs a hybrid team of internal leaders and contracted security staff, including several new managers, with a focus on stabilization, onboarding, and developing a cohesive team culture.
• Serves as primary liaison with law enforcement and emergency management partners to support readiness, response, and a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborates closely with senior leadership to refine security strategy, align contractor performance with organizational expectations, and position the department for a long-term leadership solution.
• Must have a leadership background in government security, law enforcement, or hospital physical security operations.
• Must have a bachelor's degree. A masters is strongly preferred.
