Job Title: Outbound Call Representative

Position Overview:
The Outbound Call Representative is responsible for engaging with existing membership customers and prospective clients through outbound calls. This role plays a key part in driving revenue by booking service appointments for HVAC and plumbing, reactivating past customers, and generating new business opportunities from company-provided databases and lead lists.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call existing membership customers to schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments.
• Contact leads from company databases, referral sources, and targeted call lists to generate new business.
• Educate customers on available services, promotions, and membership benefits to encourage bookings.
• Accurately record customer information and appointment details in company systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for call volume, booking rates, and revenue targets.
• Provide professional, friendly, and customer-centric service in every interaction.
• Collaborate with the dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred
• Sales experience is preferred
• Goal-oriented with the ability to handle high call volume.
• Comfortable following scripts while also adapting conversations to meet customer needs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or scheduling systems
