This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Via Christi to provide medical services to patients. **Position Highlights:** + Join a team of two Advanced Practice Providers who are committed to providing quality care to our patients. + Ready made patient panel and internal referral system with our large primary care footprint. + Salary guarantee, CME, and signing bonus available to qualifying applicants. **Responsibilities:** + Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinate discharge planning with case management. + Recommend, participates in, and work to ensure the success of efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care provided to patients. + Accept patient referrals from other physicians.
