We’re looking for an enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our expanding team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to launch a career in public relations , event coordination , or brand marketing . You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment focused on social impact and experiential marketing.
Support the planning and execution of public relations campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement
Engage directly with event attendees and the public, clearly communicating brand messaging and key talking points
Assist with live event logistics, including setup, coordination, and teardown
Help manage media outreach, social media updates, and press material distribution
Monitor PR campaign performance and assist with reporting and analytics for internal and client review
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across channels
Represent client brands professionally at promotional events and public activations
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, campaign tracking, and customer follow-ups
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
Positive, collaborative team player with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
Previous experience in public relations, event marketing, customer service, or brand promotions is a plus but not required
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
