Job Description

Position Summary: The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing staffing across three key markets and sourcing and recruiting for critical roles including Pilates Instructors, Studio Manager, and Member Sales and Service reps. This role will involve executing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, and maintaining a strong employer brand within the Pilates industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive sourcing for Pilates Instructors, Studio Manager, and Member Sales and Service reps including strategic job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates using various channels.
  • Partner with operational leaders on social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations of the roles.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience with multi-market high volume recruiting with a focus on hard-to-fill roles.
  • Understanding of passive recruitment strategies in difficult employment markets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and offer negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding and desire to exceed KPIs and drive the business forward.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
