As a Campus Youth Pastor/Director you are responsible for the growth, culture, and health of Brave youth
at your campus. This includes Sunday morning Middle School service, youth serving opportunities, Brave
youth Wednesday Nights, and Movement Nights. Your job is to invest in students who attend your
campus, developing student leaders, partnering with a parent development team, and helping students
find and follow Jesus.
HOW YOU DO IT (3-5 Responsibilities)
Have and “all-in” team-player mindset to serve the needs of your campus and Brave Church as a
whole.
Develop and oversee Middle School Service Teams on Sunday morning, making that a thriving
ministry that makes a difference in the students.
Building and developing a mid-week Brave youth service on the San Ramon Campus, aligned
with the vision of our church, and building off the youth ministry that’s already been developed at
other campuses.
Investing in key student leaders, partnering with a Parent Development team, and collaborating
with your campus pastor to lead the ministry.
Being a team player with other Brave Church staff for combined youth events, and other
all-church events to maximize impact.
