The HCM Training Specialist will support Georgia agencies in implementing talent solutions, focusing on talent acquisition and performance management programs. This role involves delivering training, providing consultation, analyzing data, and maintaining training materials related to the state's human resources information system. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, results-driven, and innovative, with experience in system implementation and training delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and content related to the state's HR information system.
- Provide training and resources to agency recruiters on talent pool optimization, internship programs, interviewing, and hiring best practices.
- Research training best practices to support continuous program improvement.
- Analyze relevant data and generate graphic and narrative reports and presentations.
- Maintain and update training course materials, exercises, handouts, and exams.
- Conduct instructor-led training virtually and in-person.
- Assist with the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Respond to requests from a variety of stakeholders.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Experience delivering training through multiple methods (in-person, online, virtual, multimedia).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Program management and administration skills (organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track).
- Aptitude for learning and using technology for training design and data analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
- High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience in human resources; OR one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level HR Spec 2 (HRP021) or position equivalent.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience using Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization (Management), or other Workday modules within an HR department as an administrator or trainer.
- HRIS systems training experience.

- Hybrid work environment with telework encouraged, but some days in the office are required.
- Position is subject to annual budget restrictions.
- Absences greater than two weeks must be approved in advance.
