Other Requirement : Title: SAP ATR Lead (Acquire to Retire)
Location: Remote w/limited travel to Mexico

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert in the record to report area to identify opportunities and translate business need into to technology solutions

Provide the necessary technical guidance to business to support the growing needs within the finance and accounting domain

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/project deliverables
• Analyze and Document Business Requirements, S/4HANA Best Practices, TO-BE process including process, flowcharts for Enhancements related existing processes
• Prepare and Conduct Fit-To-Standard workshop sessions with S/4HANA show and tell approach
• Prepare project related documentation GAP analysis and high-level solution
• Identify business opportunities and creative solutions to complex problems
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, and business users to design and implement solutions that are flexible and scalable while meeting the business needs in timely manner
• Handle multiple initiatives in parallel and be flexible in approach to solving problems anticipating the needs of customers and business partners
• Work closely as needed with SAP AMS team to quickly resolve critical operational issues that impact business functions.

Experience Required -

• Bachelor/master's in finance and Accounting or Information Systems with focus of Business Analysis or equivalent military experience required.
• Product Manager with strong experience in FICO modules and ability to own and drive projects end to end.
• Minimum of 7-9 years of experience focused on various FICO modules
• Experience in FI integration touch points with other SAP modules like CO, SD, MM and PP
• Experience Implementing SAP solution in Mexico and knowledge on Mexican Legal Requirements
• Experience in dealing with third party tool integrations into SAP for different types of master data and transactional data
• Accounting background and good process knowledge is highly preferred
• Experience in standard SAP tax configuration and its integration to Sales and Distribution and Materials Management, Ariba and invoice registration with eDocument
• Working knowledge of Sales and Use Tax, GST/VAT and withholding law, statutory filing and compliance, and audit requirements across the globe.
• Experience in working with third party tax provisioning systems like Sabrix/OneSource
• Good Understanding of Finance and Accounting Processes and its integration with other business functions
• Ability to multi-task, and take ownership of the work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to work independently once coached
