4. Fees and Payment

5. Confidentiality

6. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Thrife remain the property of Thrife until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives the right to use the materials for agreed purposes.

7. Liability
Thrife is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit, data, or reputation. Direct liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service causing the damage.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with reasonable notice. Any services performed up to the date of termination will be invoiced.

9. Force Majeure
Thrife is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

10. Governing Law
